Research topics: optical properties of metallic colloids, sol-gel transition of metal oxides, carbon nanostructures (domes, capsules, and tubes), TiOx films with controlled stoichiometry, optical properties of Q-Dots and luminescent lanthanide particles, pattern generation by electron beam.
Professional responsible for the field emission scanning electron microscope (Zeiss SUPRA 40 and Zeiss GEMINI 560) at the Advanced Microscopy Center (CMA-FCEN-UBA). Specialist in material characterization using electron microscopy and associated techniques (energy-dispersive spectroscopy, electron beam lithography, backscattered electron diffraction).
